Important Information
- The date and time of the activity can change based on availability.
- You can use an e-ticket or bring a printed copy of the ticket.
- You can cancel the ticket. Do it 48 hours before the activity to pay no fee.
- Refunds will be sent to your bank account within 7 days.

Along with these must-haves, you should also bring hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen lotion with you. Use these items to save yourself against the sun.
Rules and Regulations
People who are above 16 years of age are allowed to participate in the activity. Children between 12 to 16 years of age can only do it with their parents or their permission.
Smoking is allowed only within the designated spaces. You can’t smoke in public spaces that aren’t the designated ones.
Water Adventure can postpone or even cancel the flyboarding activity due to bad weather conditions, a warning from local authorities, or any events.

Sunday to Saturday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Recommendations
You’re not recommended to participate in flyboarding if you’re a pregnant woman, weigh over 243 lbs (110 kg), or have back pain or other physical problems.
Don’t forget to wear suitable clothing according to the flyboarding activity. Put on a swimming costume or a fitted T-shirt with a comfortable lower. Wear the helmet and life jacket, too, that you’ll receive from the flyboarding authorities.
Arrive at the spot at least 15 minutes before the time starts. Attend the training session and listen to the experts carefully to perform the activity at its best.
