Important Information

Infants under 3 years of age are free but must sit on laps. However, you can book seats for infants, too.

The dress code is smart casual. Although you are not allowed to put on beachwear, you can wear anything that respects the local authorities.
Toilet facilities are available on board for males and females.
Try to arrive at least half an hour before departure and chill in a conditioned lounge with free Wi-Fi. Check-in 15 minutes before departure.

Infants that are not yet 3 years old can come for free.
Children between 3 to 10 years of age will be charged for tickets at the child rate.
Anyone who is above 10 years old needs to pay the adult ticket rate.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before 24 hours from the arriving time is refundable.
The refund amount will be transferred in your bank account within 7 business days.
Cancellation done within 24 hours of the scheduled time isn’t refundable and will be charged 100%.
