The premise is wheelchair accessible, too.
Ticket is valid for 30 days from the date it is purchased.
Booked tickets can be canceled and refunded 24 hours prior to your visiting time.
Rescheduling of tickets isn’t possible.
Purchase a voucher at least 24 hours before the entry.
Children that are below 2 years of age can get in for free.
Children that are 2 to 11 years old need a valid child ticket.
12 years or above must have an adult ticket.

Rules and Regulations

To enter the show, visit Riyadh Street, Creek Park Gate 1, Umm Hurair 2, Dubai and present the ticket in exchange for a mobile voucher for a physical ticket.
No one can feed or touch the birds at the Creek Park Exotic Bird Show.
Video recording and photography are strictly forbidden as these distract birds or other visitors.
Remain seated during the show to not block others’ views.
No outside drinks or food are permitted inside the show area.
Accompany children all the time. They shouldn’t make loud noises or run around when the show is on.
All the safety guidelines must be followed as instructed by trainers and staff.
